We advise and represent a diverse range of clients (such as export credit agencies – ECA, multilateral organizations, banks, arrangers, lenders, financiers, lessors and lessees) in complex aircraft and engine transactions, including cross-border and domestic acquisition, financing, securitization, refinance, remarketing, sale-leasebacks, and financing and operating leases.
We have extensive experience in aircraft litigation, such as repossession and debt collection, both with regard to commercial litigation and/or insolvency procedures.
We represent clients before the Brazilian Civil Aviation Agency (ANAC), airport administrators, the Ministry of Defense and the Public Prosecutor’s Office, among others.
We also advise on import and export of aircraft, engines and parts, sale-leaseback and refinance transactions, charter, lease and air transport service agreements, clearance procedures, airline liability and application of international treaties on international air transportation.
