Public consultation on technical guidelines for reverse logistics and environmental licensing in Rio Grande do Sul

The State Foundation for Environmental Protection of the State of Rio Grande do Sul (FEPAM) has put into public consultation a proposal for technical guidelines for the environmental licensing of activities involving the reverse logistics of the following post-consumer products containing heavy metals:

• Unusable electronic equipment;
• Batteries;
• Lead acid batteries;
• Unusable lightbulbs containing mercury.
