The Ministry of Environment and Climate Change (MMA) has placed the following normative acts for public consultation, through Ordinance GM/MMA No. 880, dated 18 December 2023:
Draft Ordinance that establishes the criteria for the qualification of managing entities and the parameters to be observed by entities managing reverse logistics systems for packaging in general when carrying out their duties and respective annexes; and
Draft Public Call Notice that makes accreditation public, aimed at qualifying management entities.
This consultation will last 30 days, opening on 26 December 2023 and closing on 25 January 2024.
