Law 14,130/21, which created FIAGRO – Investment Funds in Agro-industrial Production Chains, is now valid in its entirety, in the form originally approved by Congress.
This is because Congress ended up overturning the Federal Government’s vetoes to some important provisions of the original text, which conferred benefits on the agribusiness production chain with the objective of attracting investments to this type of fund.
