We have strengthened our Infrastructure practice with the reinforcement of the Electric Power area. Going forward, regulatory consultants Urias Martiniano and Cid Tomanik will act alongside partners Maria da Graça Pedretti, Rodrigo Bertoccelli and Fabrício Soler.
In this area, we will advise clients on judicial, regulatory and technical questions in the commercialization, distribution, generation and transmission segments, in Free Contracting Environments (FTA) and Regulated Contracting Environments (RTA).
