With a proposal under the management of Pentagon, with the assistance of Starboard and Felsberg Advogados, the 15,000 debenture holders of Rodovias do Tietê will have yet another meeting, perhaps the decisive one, after numerous meetings. Together they will decide whether or not to accept a proposal that provides for an unusual exit to the judicial reorganization process. On the table is the sale of the company to an infrastructure participation fund, managed by Geribá Investimentos, with the option for debenture holders to exchange their securities for shares in this fund or new securities, the payment on which will be linked to the company’s results.
