The National Agency of Water and Basic Sanitation (ANA) has opened a public consultation for Reference Standard No. 1, relating to the regulation of public basic sanitation services, which provides for the regime, structure and parameters for charging for the provision of the public service of management of urban solid waste (SMRSU), as well as procedures and deadlines for fixing, adjusting and revising tariffs.
