A resolution of the CGSIM (Committee for the management of the national network for the simplification of registration and legalization of companies and businesses) No. 64 of 11 December 2020 was published in the Official Gazette on 15 December 2020. The Resolution deals with the risk classification for public acts of liberation of urban rights, as provided for in Law No. 13,874 of 20 September 2019 (Law of Economic Freedom).
The main objective of the aforementioned Resolution is to make less bureaucratic the process of urban regularization of works considered to be of low risk, giving greater freedom and speed to the process of licensing and enabling construction.
