Fabricio Soler, our partner in the Environment, Sustainability and Waste area, has launched the work “Direito dos Residuos: Jurisprudência“.
In the collection, Fabricio records the jurisprudence of the State Courts, Federal Regional Courts, Superior Court of Justice and Federal Supreme Court that addresses provisions and instruments of the National Waste Policy (PNRS), such as environmentally adequate final disposal (landfills ), disposal of dumps, municipal plans for integrated solid waste management, large waste generators, and reverse logistics systems.
