Our Restructuring and Insolvency team participated in the book “Reform of the Bankruptcy Law (Law No. 14,112/20)”, under the coordination of members of the São Paulo Lawyers Institute (IASP). The work addresses how the Bankruptcy Law was the subject of a profound legislative reform, approved on 24 December 2020, which configured an innovative and challenging legal scenario.
Partner Clara Moreira Azzoni and lawyer Thiago Dias Costa were co-authors of the article “Business fresh start – the extinction of bankrupts’ obligations under Law No. 14,112/2020” and lawyer Victoria Vaccari Villela Boacnin collaborated with the article “Creditors’ Alternative Plan”.
