On 15 December 2021, the judges of the 9th Chamber of Public Law of the Court of Justice of São Paulo (TJSP) approved an appeal by the Nova Emae Consortium, headed by Genial Investimentos, and declared null the ratification of Banco Fator (represented by our firm) as the winner of the electronic auction 50/2020.
