Our partner Fabiana Solano in Valor Econômico!

The number of publicly traded companies undergoing judicial recovery continues to grow, and our partner Fabiana Solano shared her analysis on the subject in an article in Valor Econômico. According to her, high interest rates and global instability have directly impacted the financial health of companies, requiring caution and increased attention.

The report highlights that more than twenty publicly traded companies are already undergoing judicial or extrajudicial recovery processes, reflecting the financial crisis in the country. With a scenario of increasing debt, the trend is for new restructurings and even mergers and acquisitions, as companies seek alternatives to survive this challenging time.
