This practical and fast hiring procedure became a trend in the acquisition of assets and common services with the Union’s resources. Although electronic bidding is a faster bidding modality when compared to the traditional modalities, caution is necessary in its use by the public administrator to avoid hiring the worst service provider for the best price.
