The Global Restructuring Review (GRR) has published an article written by our Founding Partner, Thomas Felsberg, and Thiago Dias Costa, from our Restructuring and Insolvency team. The article covered the reform of the Bankruptcy Law, ratified by the President of the Republic on 24 December 2020, and discussed the legal provisions changed since the approval of the Law and some problems that might arise in practice.
