After much expectation and apprehension on the part of taxpayers, the Supreme Court has scheduled for 29 April the embargoes of declarations opposed by the Union in RE 574,706, which discusses the unconstitutionality of the inclusion of ICMS in the base for calculating PIS and COFINS.
