The State of Rio de Janeiro, through Complementary Law No. 191/2021 published on 8 June 2021, has extended the term for adhesion as well as the scope of the period subject to inclusion in the Special Program for Tax Credit Installment of the State of Rio de Janeiro (PEP-ICMS).
