Three years after the approval of the Bankruptcy Law and with the increase in judicial recovery processes, Brazil Journal has brought together experts to discuss issues in judicial recovery. Clara Azzoni, a partner in Felsberg’s Transformation, Restructuring, and Insolvency practice, commented that, with progress in capital markets, it is necessary to prepare debenture holders and creditors for potential judicial recovery risks, as the capital markets are currently ‘not conversant with the insolvency scenario’.
