Ordinance GM/MMA No. 610/2023 was published this week, amending Ordinance No. 144/2021, which deals with the sharing of non-monetary benefits in cases of access to genetic heritage and the procedures to be adopted for the proposition, analysis, and signature of the Non-Monetary Benefit Sharing Agreement – ARB-NM.
