German lawyer and foreign law consultant Christian Moritz, collaborator with Felsberg Advogados, wrote the chapter “Report about Bankruptcy Law in Brazil” in the German commentary Münchener Kommentar (Volume 4, 4th edition, 2021) about the Insolvency Law, in which he analyzes Law No. 11,101/2005 from an international perspective. Co-author is Jo-Wendy Frege of CMS Hasche Sigle.
