On 1 March 2021, the National Agency of Water and Basic Sanitation (ANA), through Resolution No. 64/ANA, approved Thematic Axis 5 – Reference Standards for Sanitation for the period 2020/2021. The Resolution defines some themes that will compose the rules issued by the agency, a reference for other state and municipal regulatory bodies.
