Paraná State Law No. 20,607 of 10 June 2021 was approved, providing for the Solid Waste State Plan (“PERS”), a planning instrument designed to organize and establish the management of solid waste in the state. PERS will have an indefinite term, with a 20-year horizon of action and updated every four years.
