On 6 April, the “Environmental Sanitation” Debate Cycle took place to discuss the main changes imposed by Federal Law No. 14,026, approved in 2020. The event was held by the Escola do Legislativo de Piracicaba, and was featured on the website of the Municipality of Piracicaba.
Partner Fabricio Soler gave the opening lecture “Novo Marco Legal do Saneamento Básico (New Legal Framework for Basic Sanitation)”, addressing the new challenges and opportunities for Brazilian municipalities, the main changes in relation to the law previously in force and the necessary adjustments to the current configuration.
