On 16 December 2024, the Ministry of the Environment and Climate Change (MMA) published Ordinance GM/MMA No. 1,250/2024, which establishes the procedures for proposals and projects linked to the mechanism for encouraging the recycling industry and production chain.
The ordinance covers stages such as presentation, analysis, approval, monitoring, reporting, and evaluation.
