Our founding partner, Thomas Felsberg, recently spoke to Estadão about electricity public service concessionaire Light.
As it is a concessionaire, the company will not be able to file for judicial reorganization and this implies much damage and insecurity for interested parties. According to Thomas, “the triggering of judicial reorganization would allow the company to renegotiate its commitments with creditors and maintain the provision of fundamental services to society”.
