LC No. 175/20: new ancillary obligation and ISS sharing rules on health plans, credit and debit cards, leasing and fund management, among others

ALERTS

Complementary Law (LC) No. 175/20 has created a new ancillary obligation to be fulfilled nationwide by providers of health and medical care services, veterinary medical care plans, fund management, consortia, credit or debit cards, and leasing. The ISS due by the providers of these services will now be calculated and declared by means of a unified standard electronic system for the payment of the tax.
