Decree No. 11,075 was approved on Thursday 19 May, establishing the procedures for the preparation of Sectoral Plans for Mitigation of Climate Changes, instituting the National System for the Reduction of Greenhouse Gas Emissions (SINARE) and establishing changes in the regulation of the use of Biogas and Biomethane.
