In a video recorded for Brazil Journal, our founding partner Thomas Felsberg comments on the new project addressing the Bankruptcy Law, approved by the House and forwarded to the Senate. According to Thomas, who is a reference in the area, the real problems of bankruptcy processes in the country are not addressed in this new project, which prevents them from being concluded more quickly and with the recovery of money for creditors.
