In February 2023, MP No. 1,162/23 was published, providing for the resumption of the Minha Casa, Minha Vida (MCMV) Program, the re-creation of the Ministry of Cities within the scope of the Federal Government, in addition to changes in other legislation, such as the Law of Public Records (Law No. 6,015/73).
