The Installment Incentive Program – PPI 2021, established by the municipality of São Paulo through Law No. 1,557/2021, had its term for adhesion extended until 31 December, as determined by Decree No. 60,683, published on 28 October.
As already reported in this blog, the program, which includes tax debts – e.g.: ISS, IPTU, ITBI, TFE, TFA and TRSS – and non-tax debts, such as fines and public prices, offers reductions of 75% on the value of penalties and 85% on interest, for cash payments, and 50% on fines and 60% on interest, in cases of payment in up to 120 installments.
