Bankruptcy in Brazil remains one of the biggest challenges of our insolvency system. Despite advances in judicial recovery, bankruptcy still faces serious issues, such as delays in the conclusion of processes and low asset recovery for creditors. In her article, our partner Fabiana Solano analyzes the system’s flaws and Bill 3/24, which aims to amend the legislation but, according to her, does not adequately address the core issues of bankruptcy.

 

Fabiana emphasizes the importance of an accurate diagnosis to resolve bottlenecks and proposes a critical reflection on the impact of the bill on bankruptcy management in Brazil.
