Efficient Bankruptcy: The Disincentives of Bill 3/24 and 10 Suggestions That Could Help Improve the System

Bankruptcy in Brazil remains one of the biggest challenges of our insolvency system. Despite advances in judicial recovery, bankruptcy still faces serious issues, such as delays in the conclusion of processes and low asset recovery for creditors.
