On 11 February, the City Hall of Divinópolis announced the selected consultant which will develop the Urban Solid Waste Concession Project (RSU) in the city and 34 other municipalities in the Center-West Region of the State of São Paulo.
The winning bidder was Fundação Instituto de Pesquisas Econômicas (Fipe), which is also the leading company in the consortium comprising Felsberg Advogados, Planos Engenharia S/S Ltda. and Giamundo Neto Sociedade de Advogados.
