Federal Decree No. 10,388, published on 5 June 2020, regulates the National Policy on Solid Waste with regard to the institution of the reverse logistics system for expired or disused household medicines, for human use, industrialized and manipulated, and their packaging, with the participation of manufacturers, importers, distributors, traders and consumers.
