The Chamber of Deputies approved PL 2,148/2015, which establishes the Brazilian System for Trading Greenhouse Gas Emissions (“SBCE”), a regulated environment subject to the regime for limiting greenhouse gas emissions and trading assets representative of emission, emission reduction or removal of greenhouse gases in the country.
