On Tuesday 14 June 14, during the Brazil Offshore Wind Summit 2022, the pre-launch of the book “A Interface do Direito de Energia (The Nergy Law Interface) – Volume II” will take place, coordinated by Urias Martiniano Garcia Neto.
The work has a chapter written by Thomas Felsberg and Ligia Schlittler, entitled “Brief Notes on the Impact of the Water Crisis, the Market Risks and the Legal Contours of the Judicial Recovery of an Energy Trader”. The article addresses Provisional Measure No. 1,055/21, instituted in response to the water crisis faced in 2021, its impact on the energy market and the issue of Judicial Recovery within this context.
