On 26 October, the Central Bank of Brazil and the National Monetary Council published Resolution BCB nº 29/2020, Resolution CMN nº 4,865/2020 and Resolution CMN nº 4,866/2020, initiating the regulation of the Regulatory Sandbox within the scope of the financial and payments system, similar to the programs implemented by the Brazilian Securities Exchange Commission (CVM) and the Superintendency of Private Insurance (SUSEP).
