Last week, the Board of the National Land Transport Agency (ANTT) approved the amendment of Resolution No. 5,987/2022, which governs the administrative process of requesting authorization for the exploration of new railroads, new rail yards and other ancillary facilities.
Our Infrastructure team #timeFeA has prepared a report on the improvements of the Resolution dealing with possible locational incompatibilities of new railways, by establishing a time limit for a new application that might interfere with an application already under analysis by ANTT. Resolution No. 6014/2023 entered into force on 2 May 2023.
