Our #DataProtection team has written an alert on the second sanction applied by the National Authority for Data Protection (ANPD) due to violations of the General Data Protection Law (LGPD).
The decision of the ANPD’s General Coordination for Inspection was recorded in the administrative sanctioning process initiated against the São Paulo State Government Employee Medical Assistance Institute (IAMSPE), regarding the alleged lack of communication of an incident to holders whose personal data would have been the subject of a security incident and security measures.
