Judicial recovery aims to reorganize the capital of viable companies in financial crisis, but the effectiveness of this process is still a process in development, with many advances and setbacks.
Our #FeA team, composed of Thomas Felsberg, Fabiana Solano, André Drumon, Marina Clemente and Nathalia Nunes, wrote an article for Migalhas with the theme “Bail honored after judicial recovery is a competitive credit: the turnaround in the STJ to correct a major mistake”. This is an important step towards making recovery practice more efficient.
