Our partners Miriam Machado Kleissl, Mirella Kaufman, Fabiana Solano, Paula Salles, Thomas Felsberg and Thiago Dias Costa assisted Renova Energia (RNEW3) in the sale of the Cordilheira dos Ventos UPI, as provided for in the Notice of said UPI in the Judicial Recovery Plan of the Renova Group.
The transaction, which included the participation of Cescon Barrieu on the opposite side representing AES Tietê Energia in the acquisition, was reported by The Latin American portal.
