The Federal Government Incentive Strategy for the Sustainable Use of Biogas and Biomethane was instituted by the Federal Government, with the objective of encouraging programs and actions to reduce methane emissions, promoting the use of biogas and biomethane as renewable energy sources.
Ligia Schlittler, Fabricio Soler and Joyce Mackay comment in an Alert that the Strategy is aligned with the National Program for the Reduction of Methane from Organic Waste – Zero Methane, which represents an economic and strategic opportunity.
