The Federal Government published on Tuesday (1 June) Decree No. 10,710/2021, which regulates art. 10-B of Federal Law No. 11,445/2007 and establishes guidelines for proving the economic and financial capacities of companies providing water and sanitary sewage services. The rule applies to state companies that provide the service through program contracts as well as to private companies that go into the service through concession contracts preceded by a bidding process.
