As of 1 June 2021, CVM Resolution No. 29 comes into force, updating and consolidating the rules for the constitution and functioning of the experimental regulatory environment (Regulatory Sandbox) of the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission (“CVM”), previously established by CVM Instruction No. 626, of 15 May 2020.
