The Secretary of State for Infrastructure and Environment, through Resolution Sima No. 27, published on 23 March 2021, has instituted the Waste Transport Manifest – MTR for the State Online Management System of Solid Waste – Sigor, which has among its objectives the management of the issued MTR, adapted to the particularities of the State of São Paulo, in order to meet all the rules and legislation in force and the monitoring of waste management from its generation to its final destination, including transportation and intermediate destinations, avoiding its forwarding to inappropriate locations.
