The Ministry of the Environment, through Ordinance No. 641, opened a public consultation on the proposal for a federal decree that institutes the reverse logistics system for glass packaging.
Contributions can be sent between 4 January and 2 February through the electronic form available at the following address: http://consultaspublicas.mma.gov.br/decretoembalagensdevidro.
The proposed decree provides for the revocation of the sectoral agreement for the implementation of the reverse packaging logistics system in general, signed on 25 November 2015, with regard to the reverse logistics of glass packaging.
