Published on 6 May, 2020, Provisional Measure nº 961 authorizes the anticipation of payments for bids and administrative contracts. The PM also authorizes the amplification of the Differentiated Regime of Public Contracts (RDC) during the state of public calamity. This contracting regime allows for the saving of time and costs in the bidding procedure.
