In the article “Estados Unidos x China: cooperação ou conflito? (United States x China: cooperation or conflict)”, published in Estadão, former Brazilian ambassador to the United States and counselor at Felsberg Advogados Sérgio Amaral discusses the international order around the Washington-Beijing axis.

With the world in constant change, artificial intelligence potentially has a higher destructive capacity than a nuclear weapon. According to Ambassador Amaral, “If the spaces for cooperation between the great powers are preserved, there will be more participation by all in the decision-making process on issues of common interest and, therefore, more opportunities for diplomacy and multilateralism.”
