Petrochemical company Unigel, advised by Felsberg Advogados, Padis Advogados and Moelis, has obtained the approval of an out-of-court recovery plan, which provides a complex solution for the conversion of the company’s USD 830 million debt. The creditors who supported the plan were advised by Munhoz Advogados and Hoolihan.
