The State of São Paulo reinstates installment programs that were canceled due to default during the pandemic

The State of São Paulo recently published Decree No. 65,171/2020, which provides the conditions for the reinstatement of installments interrupted under the Special Installment Program (“PEP”), due to the default of at least one installment due between 1 March 2020 and 30 July 2020.
