The Special Secretary for Social Security and Labor and the Ministry of Health and Agriculture define rules on measures to be observed in corporate environments.

ALERTS

On 19 June 2020, the Ministries of Economy, Health, and Agriculture jointly published the necessary measures for the prevention, control and mitigation of the risks of transmission of the new coronavirus in corporate environments. These guidelines include sanitization measures, social distancing policies and use of personal protection equipment and the proper conduct for suspected cases of COVID-19. Testing employees prior to in-person return should not be demanded but this requirement may still be adopted following a recommendation by the Ministry of Health.
